I pushed the users’ needs as a UX Designer at LK AG interactive, and as a UX Researcher & Manager DKV Mobility Services after my first work experiences in Innovation Teams at SAP & Volkswagen. 

Currently I am working as a UX Lead at  METRO Markets to push the users perspective together with a great team of Designers and UX Researcher. 

I am a bridge builder, facilitator and moderator, feedback enthusiast and feelgood manager.
